On Sunday November 6th, 2022, and at its Head Office, MASIC held a signing ceremony between MASIC, the main contractor MOBCO, and the supervision consultant James Cubitt & Partners to begin constructing the hotels project of Mohammed Ibrahim Alsubeaei’s endowment (may the blessings of Allah be upon him). The Project is located in Mecca and will be operated by Hilton Worldwide under its brands Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.
The Project is approximately 1.5 km from the Grand Mosque of Mecca and covers a total built-up area of approximately 92,000 m². The Project is comprised of two hotels consisting of 885 units, 570 rooms and 315 serviced apartments, complying with the standards of Hilton Worldwide in addition to the required facilities to serve and accommodate thousands of visitors and pilgrims to the Holy City of Mecca.
